The behaviors that got us here won’t help us get there. In some cases, it is surprising, if not a miracle, that we’ve gotten here with the behavior we have learned through our lives.
Who you and I are today is truly a miracle. Millions of individual events had to occur in order for you and I to exist and then for our paths to cross so that you are reading this today. Writing that last sentence gave me chills.
While we are miracles, we are also imperfect beings who want to realize big things! In order to get to those big things, we have got to identify areas in our lives that are preventing us from achieving those big things. We have to break our behaviors by inserting thought between our triggers and actions and create new patterns of thinking and acting/reacting.

He shares models and frameworks as well as personal experiences to show how we can interrupt and reset a chain of behavior.
