When we look to make changes, it’s tempting to be “all in.” But it isn’t always realistic and usually not sustainable. Sure it makes for a great story because people gravitate towards stories about the extreme but after the everyone has moved on to the next story, what remains?

Make changes your way. Acknowledge and celebrate no matter how small. It’s up to you to make it last for longer than other people’s attention span.
