I texted this to a friend today and they responded with something good.

In a world that is rushed and chaotic, it’s hard to sink into the good. It all feels fleeting, and it can also seem selfish to point out something positive happening to you.

So I say to you – tell me something good. I will hold your goodness without judgment because I know that good begets good, and surely, we all need more of it.
