Repetition and experience are how we learn. We observe patterns and practice them.

That’s how we learn to walk and talk.

It’s also how we learn not to touch a hot stove or walk too fast over black ice.

The same goes for life lessons. The Universe has a funny way of bringing in repetition and experience to teach us.

If we don’t learn our lesson the first time, the Universe will plop that same one back onto our laps – over and over again until we figure it out.

That’s why noticing is the first step to healing and coming into ourselves.
