Wayne Dyer said, “Change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change.”

Our perspective shapes how we see the world. Molded by our social, familial and cultural background, our experiences and the world around us, our perspective has been solidifying within us for a while. It may feel like it’s set in stone, especially if we witness older people stuck in their ways.

But we can shift our perspective, and it may very well be the most influential thing we can do to change our lives.
