At a recent networking event, I shared how starting the day with a concoction of lemon juice, warm water, honey and a dash of cayenne can really jumpstart the body. I had health coaching clients in the past halve or fully eliminate their coffee intake with this “lemon-aid.”
Something seemingly so small can really have a domino impact on our day and in turn, our life. I like to find the things that give me “the most bang for the buck.” This lemon-aid is the perfect example because it is simple, easy to initiate and incorporates mindfulness, liver and digestive health and self-care.
Yes, just one thing can really do all of that.
