I’m tired of the “traditional” form of power – overly masculine and destructive. It is to power over and to get to the top by whatever means necessary. It has destroyed our earth, our health and our communities.
It is time to redefine and re-form power to empowerment.
Empowerment is within, and it is connective and collective. It is a reclamation to the power inside all of us that we lost, forgot about or ignored due to life circumstances. It is a reconnection with the earth, nature and with each other. It is about rising us all up, not powering over another.
It is time for this reclamation. It is time to take back and trust our voice and intuition. It is time to make change that benefits the whole, rather than destroys it. It is time to own our power.
