I feel anger when my child does something.
Is it her or is it me?
The frustrating realization time and time again is that it is me.
My reaction is always mine.
Sure, children can be triggering but not without a switch, and that switch lies in me.
A daily practice challenges the person who creates on “inspiration.” We have to mother everyday, and ultimately, it is the daily grind that gives us perspective, clarity and the “high’s” of motherhood.
