I love when synchronicities occur in my life. I take them as signs for things I really need to pay attention to.
This happens often for me through information via reading books or articles, listening to interviews or podcasts and conversing with friends or other wise people who I was meant to cross paths with at that exact moment.
My latest synchronicity is the word “boundaries.” And by magic of the Universe, this blog will likely be a synchronicity for someone reading it (so cool!).
I am still digging into this topic for myself and will write more later, but I want to share an interview that a friend passed along to me between Marie Forleo and Terri Cole, psychotherapist and author of Boundary Boss. I am grateful for this conversation that gave me some eureka moments and lessons I can apply to my relationships, work and being a mom.
Happy synchronicities and boundary setting!
A daily practice challenges the person who creates on “inspiration.” We have to mother everyday, and ultimately, it is the daily grind that gives us perspective, clarity and the “high’s” of motherhood. I am exploring if the same happens when I write everyday on the topics that normally light me up – motherhood, self-development, healing and creating.
