What does one do when you have been tired for so long that you forget how tired feels?
You finally say no to the things that previously were priorities aka distractions.
You finally don’t care about keeping up.
You finally come back to the body, the one you’ve been ignoring for so long that it feels foreign.
You finally rest.
A daily practice challenges the person who creates on “inspiration.” We have to mother everyday, and ultimately, it is the daily grind that gives us perspective, clarity and the “high’s” of motherhood.
