As creatives, why do we scoff at mediocrity?
Saying something is mediocre doesn’t mean anything about us or our creations’ true value.
What “mediocre” does mean is…
…that we are trying.
…that there is room to grow.
…that we are doing something worth measuring.
No, mediocre is not the enemy. Being paralyzed by mediocrity and never creating at all is the true enemy.
